Kim Day

Kim Day grew up in Austin and attended the University of Texas at Austin.  She has worked for the last 25 plus years in the government healthcare space for companies like EDS, Accenture, Xerox Business Services, Conduent and as an independent consultant.  She currently serves as the executive account manager of the Texas Pharmacy & Rebate account and most recently served as the interim executive account manager for the New Mexico MMIS account. 

 She has focused her tenure in the government healthcare space around Medicaid policy and operations where she actively participated in consulting with the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) through many federal and state legislative initiatives to strategically plan and develop solutions for HHSC’s systems and operations.  Not only has she consulted with the state of Texas, she’s consulted with the states of California, New York, North Dakota, Alaska, New Hampshire and New Mexico on their government healthcare programs, operations, systems, cost savings initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

 Kim has a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Her expertise spans consulting, strategic planning, legislative analysis, policy development, implementation planning, budgetary planning, business process re-engineering, vendor management, business solution development, program management and overall leadership.

Additionally, Kim has been active in the Austin community for years serving on many Boards and volunteering with various organizations like Helping Hand Home, Women’s Symphony League, Capitol Area Council Boy Scouts of America, Texas Exes Legacy Committee, National Charity League, Westwood Country Club, St. Andrew’s Episcopal School and The Junior League of Austin.

David Snider

David has over 25 years experience in business and information technology consulting. During first 13 years with Accenture, he focused on application development, systems administration, security, and technology architecture in the private and public sector.  Later, he formed and operated a small business specializing in project management, technology solution implementations, and operations consulting in the public and private sectors. 

David has consulted for agencies across many states for Medicaid, TANF Programs, Family Protectives Services, Disaster Recovery for Housing and Urban Development, and Energy Rebate Programs.  In addition, he has lead projects for Retail, Higher Education, Consulting, and Start-Up companies.  He enjoys helping organizations identify opportunities for improvement, determining solutions, and implementing projects that provide both short and long term value.

David has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2009.
